When looking for an agent, ask yourself these questions: Will this person have your best interest at heart and not simply steer you towards their highest commission? Do they know the area? Are they an experienced contract negotiator? Is working with them a pleasant experience? I hope my past clients answered yes to all of them. I hope you will, too.
